We are a public institution that offers alternative means for the solution of controversies between users and suppliers of health services, and promotes quality health services to guarantee patients safety, using procedures that operate under national and international quality standards.

To promote policies and guidelines regarding the solution of controversies and the improvement of quality health services, patient safety and users protection of the national system of health, recognized national and internationally like a highly specialized reference center, with legitimating of the society and the endorsement of the citizens.
